Do I have to purchase Website Care?
No. Every Apex website is delivered complete and fully yours. Website Care is an optional monthly plan for businesses that would rather have us handle updates, security, and improvements for them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel before your next billing date and care simply stops at the end of that month.
What happens if I need more edits?
Each plan includes a set amount of monthly edit time. If you need more, we quote the extra work upfront at a discounted care-client rate, or you can move up to a plan with more included time.
Do you host my website?
Hosting is included in the care plan for sites we build and manage. Website Care is more than hosting though — it covers monitoring, updates, backups, and ongoing improvements.
Can I upgrade later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect on your next billing cycle and you keep everything from your previous plan.
What if my website breaks?
We monitor uptime continuously and are alerted before most customers notice. Growth Care gets priority response, and Premium Care includes emergency priority support for urgent outages.
